USA (Massachusetts) After-Hours Reporting Abuse Hotline

Government Authority located in Massachusetts; USA looking for expert vendor for After-Hours Reporting  Abuse Hotline.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
We are seeking a Call Answering and Processing Service to accept and process calls for our Abuse Reporting Hotline. Incoming calls are to be answered by a live operator using a script approved by us. Calls must be digitally recorded. Based on the specific circumstances of the call, when an emergency exists, our on-call staff person will be contacted by telephone.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[D] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only)
